These white downlights are fire-rated to 90 minutes, meaning that the hole you cut into the ceiling to install the downlights is resealed, and the ceiling is reinforced to delay the time that it will take for the fire to spread through it. Our white downlights are mains powered and are designed to be wired directly into the mains, so your electrician won't need any extra equipment (transformers or drivers) to make it work.
