The fighting doctrine of the Astra Militarum relies on massed infantry with lasguns supported by heavy weapons teams with firepower beyond that that an unaugmented human can carry. Each team consists of a gunner and loader to service one of the following weapons - Lascannon for anti-armour or other large single targets, Autocannon for lighter vehicles or similar, Heavy Bolter for heavy infantry or Mortars ideal for use against massed infantry. Missile Launchers allow flexibility in targets via the use of different ammunition.
The set makes three Cadian Heavy Weapons Teams, each consisting of a gunner and a loader. Included are the options to equip these teams with any of the following weapons: lascannon, heavy bolter, missile launcher, autocannon or mortar.
This kit is supplied in 123 plastic components and comes with 3 Citadel 60mm round bases.
