This is an autonomous security gadget that does it all for you! It watches and waits and if anything untoward happens ‘PING’ - you get a notification. It tracks the person / animal so there’s no hiding place. The super bright LED floodlights are very reassuring and are powerful enough to eliminate dark corners where the bad guys lurk. I like it. Although I was gutted that Eufy reduced the price only days after I bought it…
Great camera but only lasted a little over 2 years. The lens has filled with water/condensation & Eufy say sorry, it can’t be repaired. Not even offered a discount on a replacement. The image of the garden is like there is a permanent fog. It was £240 with a 1 year warranty. Very disappointed. All other, much cheaper, Eufy cameras I have have been excellent & lasted 4 years so far.
Brilliant product very pleased
Had this floodlight for approximately one year. Two days after warranty ends it starts to have condensation buildup on the dome. On the 3rd day it stops working altogether. Poorly made and for the price this should last. Customer service just say oh we’re sorry you’re out of warranty, but here’s a 30% off voucher to buy a new one. Will never buy another eufy product. The sell the product with the notion you will pay no subscription but in reality it ends up cussing you a lot more, as you have to buy a new one every year.
I already have a video doorbell with Homebase 2 and thought I would enhance my security with a Floodlight Camera E340 however it won’t connect to my Homebase 2. When I enquired with Euphy I was told that it’s not compatible with the HB2!!!
Nowhere on any packaging or when I ordered it does it say that it’s not compatible with HB2…THIS SHOULD BE ALL OVER THE PACKAGING BUT IT’S NOT! Now I have to waste more time taking it back! Not great is it when it’s euphy’s fault!
